Terms of Service
By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform (the "Platform") and its services (collectively, the "Services"), you (the "User") acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and Services immediately.
1. Service Definition and Scope
1.1 The Platform is operated by Information Navigation Platform Limited (the "Operator"). The Services include, but are not limited to, content aggregation and distribution, personalized recommendations, account management, community features, and technical support (details are available in the Platform's help center).
1.2 The Operator may modify, update, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Services at any time, with or without prior notice, for purposes including technical upgrades, service optimization, legal compliance, or operational challenges. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from such actions, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
1.3 The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure the operation, security, and accuracy of the Platform and Services, but does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of online services: network outages, technical glitches, cyber threats, and delays caused by third parties.
2. User Rights and Obligations
2.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in their jurisdiction and the jurisdictions where the Services are provided. No illegal, unethical, or disruptive conduct that harms the Platform, other users, or third parties is permitted.
2.2 Users shall not upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content that: (a) violates laws, regulations, or public order; (b) is defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, violent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable; (c) infringes upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights; (d) contains false or misleading information; (e) promotes illegal activities, fraud, or harm; (f) disrupts the operation of the Platform (e.g., sending spam, engaging in automated scraping, or introducing malware).
2.3 Users must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering for an account. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted under their account. You must notify the Operator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or suspected security breaches. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to your failure to protect your account information.
2.4 Users must verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all information obtained from the Platform. Users shall bear all risks associated with relying on such information for any purpose, including making decisions, conducting transactions, or forming opinions. The Operator shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or reliance on information from the Platform.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content (including text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, software, algorithms, and design elements) are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property (IP) laws.
3.2 Without the Operator's prior written permission, users shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform (whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes). Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and shall result in legal liability, including compensation for damages.
3.3 Users warrant that any content they upload or post does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Users are solely responsible for resolving any infringement claims, defending the Operator, and indemnifying the Operator for all losses, costs, and legal fees incurred.
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
4.1 The Platform may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. The Operator does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or services of third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk, and the Operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of third-party sites.
4.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise).
4.3 The Operator's total liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to the Operator for the relevant Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.
5. Dispute Resolution
5.1 Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform and Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the User and the Operator.
5.2 If negotiation fails within 30 days of formal notice of the dispute, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in London, United Kingdom. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
5.3 Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek interim injunctive relief from a competent court to protect its legitimate rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 The Operator may revise these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform and Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to review these Terms regularly.
6.2 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or arbitral tribunal, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
6.3 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict of laws principles.
6.4 The Operator's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or the Operator's right to enforce it at a later date.
